Cancellation Policy

The Light and Free Case Manager sessions cannot be rescheduled. Lesson replays will be available. The Case Manager Intensive sessions may be rescheduled for a mutually agreeable time and day during the same week when possible. There is not a refund for canceled sessions or those that cannot be rescheduled during the same week. You may cancel and reschedule Heart Healing sessions up to 24 hours prior to the session start time. It is up to you to reschedule. Please refer to the appropriate Terms and Conditions.
